![]() ![]() I know this was asked many times, but it was never assented. They won't, but it's the right thing to do. I very much wish they would abandon all new products for six months-yes you can!-and concentrate on better support for their nearly endless array of existing products. But support? It's not nearly good enough. You can count on them to send you a marketing e-mail several times a week. NI is very reliable when it comes to generating new products and marketing. There are plenty of vendors who actually fix stuff when you tell them it's broken (he says noting that the Massive preset system is still, still, awful!). ![]() I'm happy to redirect my money towards vendors that show real concern and care for their customers like u-he, Valhalla, and Cockos, and leave NI behind until they put a much higher value on customer support. ![]() I see a number of you making remarks about NI being the only game in town and how you're stuck with them. Even Waves, as terrible and inferior as they are, have managed to put together a crappy off-line installer system. I will not buy any more NI products until this is resolved.
